Project Coordinator

Description

Primary Duties: Actively participate in the implementation of services being provided to students. Oversees staff appointments, scheduling, programs, workshops, and ensures that objectives are being met. Serves as a liaison for community agencies. Coordinator assists in the recruiting and selection process of participants. Informs parents and schools administration of progress made with students. Follow up with request made by students regarding transcripts, applications, and letters of recommendations, financial aid awards, and scholarships. Research college financing opportunities for students.Duties & Responsibilities: • Reports to the Program Director • Oversees the “College Action plan” developed by each student • Meet with students and patents as needed • Supervise supplemental educational services and staff • Provides written reports on students data and objectives • Ensures coordination for programs/services among community partners
