I specialize in weight management, body shaping/bodybuilding, muscle toning/firming, and I am also a kickboxing instructor (which can be a fun & exciting way to drop your bodyfat %. I train at a gym in Naperville and that is where training will take place or if you have a gym nearby then we can do the training at that location. In-home training is only available for those who live in Lisle, Naperville, Aurora, Montgomery, or Oswego.
