WE NEED A SINGER/LYRICIST (NO CHEESE SAP OR CLICHES PLEASE!) 3 piece band between the ages of 20-26 from Joliet, IL looking for singer. - Loud Rock/Indie/Space/Alt/Progressive (a very strong, personal, driven sound, with a lot of emotional (not emo) impact). Many timing changes/strange tunings/effects/simple sounding (but complicated to play). Influences include Pavement, Guided by Voices, Kyuss, Built to Spill, Sonic Youth, Pixies, Failure, Trail of Dead, Sunny Day Real Estate, U2, Nirvana, Fugazi, Hum, Nada Surf, Radiohead, Pumpkins, My Morning Jacket, and more.Professional equipment/24 hour practice space/Local and National Connections.
