Hey, I'm looking for a roommate starting June 7th. About the apartment: Spacious 2 bedroom apartment on the fourth floor, heat included, laundry on the fourth floor, easy street parking, about a mile east of the Edens Expressway, 5 minute walk to Old Orchard mall. There are two bedrooms and two baths but one of the bathrooms is in the main bedroom, so you'll pretty much have the other one for yourself. The laundry is on the same floor as the unit. The condo was completely remodeled a couple of years ago because it was hideous when we moved in and it's a comfortable living environment, completely furnished. The bedroom offered is $415 + utilities.
