Riverstrand community comes with full membership transfer of golf and tennis and has a wonderful fitness center, resort style pools and several bars and restaurants. The amenities included cannot be beat. The only fees you will incur are anything you choose to spend at bars and restaurants, and cart rental for golf which is $20. After three p.m in season you may golf without a cart. Everything else is included with golf and tennis, and they have a very active social calender in the community as well. This condo is beautifully furnished and very well stocked. Everything is new and you will be the first guest! All flat screen, updated electronics and comfy linens. Views are fantastic too! You will not be disappointed.
